If so, the Friends of Limpsfield Common are seeking a VOLUNTEER SECRETARY.

We are looking for someone in the local community who would take on the role of Secretary to the National Trust Limpsfield Common Local Committee.

This volunteering role would involve arranging quarterly committee meetings, distributing (via email) agenda and other papers, attending meetings and taking minutes for subsequent distribution.

The Secretary would also maintain a small number of historic files, with more recent papers held digitally.

The role would probably take about 6 – 10 hours every 3 months.

There is also the option to get more involved too – such as supporting the Friends at local Fairs and other similar activities.
